CANCELLATION POLICY AND BOOKING TERMS

Late cancellations and no-shows can have an adverse impact on our schedule and deprive other customers of available treatment sessions. It’s in everyone’s interest that appointments are kept or cancellations made in good time, so we can free up that time for other customers.

Occasionally, for reasons outside of your control it might not be possible to attend a session. If you contact us in advance of the session, that’s a cancellation, if you don’t inform us and you just don’t come to the salon, that’s a no-show.

When you book with us, you agree with the following terms:

• Any appointment cancelled OR rescheduled within 24 hours of the appointment time will incur a 50% charge for the treatment booked.
• No-shows will incur a 100% charge. Cancellations earlier than 24 hours incur no charge.
• If you receive an invoice due to no show or late cancellation, please pay the invoice no later than 48hrs prior to your next appointment or we reserve our right to cancel.
• If you are a first-time customer you will receive a payment request for a 50% downpayment.
• The laser evaluation is a free service, however, a no-show, cancellation or re-schedule less than 24 hrs in advance will result in a €30 fee.

• Als u voor het eerst bij ons boekt, ontvangt u een betalingsverzoek voor een aanbetaling van 50%.
• Een laser evaluatie is gratis, echter als u een no-show bent of binnen 24 uur voor de afspraak annuleert worden er kosten van €30 in rekening gebracht.
